Why Failure is the Key to My Success

A lot of people have failed. Not enough people talk about it. That’s the problem I want to solve. And I tell people about my failures so they can talk about theirs.

So I’m gonna start with my failures

1. I dropped out from college
2. I came into the BPO industry, wanted to be the country manager but ended up leaving as an assistant manager 9 years later
3. I started a startup, raised money then spent it all
4. I started another startup and wasn’t able to raise any money, ended up becoming an employee of my co-founder

I’m successful because I’m doing what I want to do. And because I have so much to be grateful. In On-Off Group, I meet with so many people talking about the problems of their businesses… and I give them a service that truly gives them value, I manage my own time, I work for a boss that trusts me , and believes in the same thing I believe in, with a team of highly competent people that are just simply amazing.

None of these successes would be possible had it not been for my failures.

Now all I need to do is keep grinding and be patient, try things, fail, learn, adjust, try again. Greatness is just a matter of time.
